I love watches, my favorite, daily wear and the most fun you can have on your wrist .....Tissot T-Touch

You touch the face for Chrono, Altimeter, Temp, Barometric Pressure, Alarm, and a very fun and cool Compass feature.

Which T-Touch is that?
Woohoohoohoo! Two personal records! For breath holding and number of sharks shot in the face.

My mother gave me a Seiko for high school graduation, I still have it, and I've been using them for the past 30 years.   Not too expensive, for me they've always been very reliable, and if you check Ebay, there are about a half million different styles.  I'm not sure if there is a bogus Seiko problem or not, they aren't very expensive like a Rolex.  Some guy in Singapore seems to sells tons of them though.

got my watch yesterday  ;D

it's hefty - but i like it

i can't stop looking at other watches though
-i'm going to be one of those guys that has a watch for every day of the month  ;D

anyone know who makes the Triumph Motorcycle watches? i'm assuming it's a rebranded sort of deal...
i like their styles

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

My second Oris, early father's day gift:

The Oris Frank Sinatra watch...

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Nope
Nope
Maybe
I have a friend at shul who is black, but he's got both his eyes.. :D

Oris has a series of entertainer watches, they are all very cool, limited to a few thousand items, very nice and they aren't crazy expensive (YET)..

This is the current model, only 3000 made:

Oris Charlie Parker (1355 made)

the charlie parker originally sold for about $1400, but now you can't find used ones for under $5000.  if you can get a limited edition Oris, it is always going to be appreciate.

hard to explain.. they have a patent on it.  the wide part latches down to the belt, there is a track you can't see.  it is very intuitive when you use it.

found a pic of it closed

Decent deal for an everyday watch that I don't have  to worry about ?

Or is it just a crappy version with the name stuck on it?

I've always been happy with Seiko.  Dad was a Millright and his Seiko's lasted until he slammed a slipped wrench into them.
