That Nice Guy Beck!

so I tried a session today

2 rounds
15 air squats
15 kettle dead lifts
15 push presses (shoulder straight up over the head using the legs for momentum)
15 pull ups (modified for me for now)
15 cone sprints (sprint back and fourth between 2 cones touching them 15 times)

I finished it in 8 minutes
I almost puked when it was over.
the trainer said if I did puke I would have gotten a free t shirt, maybe next time.

I'll be doing this 3 xs a wk
anyone into crossfitting?

I think no crossfit thread cuz one or two got locked that were workout specific.

You get a bunch of guys together trying to be better then the next guy wtf do you think is going to happen? lol

cross fit is great, but dont push yourself too hard in the beginning you can easily pull something.

I believe theres plenty of stuff in the workout thread about what Crossfit programs people are doing. I think both kopfjager and Ducatista are doing the program, read their posts.

I did it with just the bar..
the instructor said that I should do it like that for my first time... im rocked today very sore.
