My tires are shagged and I was riding like Nancy Boy.

You all looked like you were getting after it from the coolness of Lester's coach!  He stopped riding because his tires were shot.

Note to self, never do a track day in August again! [coffee]

bah, after you guys stinking that thing up all day it was just a glorified locker room..

or maybe we had to go make sure the canopy wasn't going to blow away.  ;)

but yeah, that last session you saw us gearing up for was theoretically going to be "half speed" and goof around time.  it was the hardest riding of the day.

can say the same thing about you and 9 & 11.  does your bike even have brakes?

3-6 are my happy place.

Are 9, 10 & 11 the last turns before you get on the skid pad?  On the SM that is a fun section.  I can start accelerating after I tap the breaks for 9 and head all the way through to turn 1 on the gas.  Unfortunately I can't crack 75 on the front straight. [moto]

Who's heading to CSB school in Oct.?  I might bust out the SV for a day with Kieth (that is if they have spots for "own bike")
Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

by my count:
8 is the bowl, 9a is the start of the blind esses, 9b is the exit.  10 is the off camber decreasing radius left, 11 and 12 are the last 2 before the skidpad (13).  Then again, I hear it numbered as many different ways as people I ask [cheeky]

here's the thread.  I think it's Metalduc & Sachica on "their bike" and steve, joe, tom, and I on "our bike".  I think we sold them out of Level 2 "own bike", but it's worth a call.

funny thing about track diagrams, they can both open your eyes or confuse you further...

referring to this map, you could almost make an argument for not giving the "blind chicane" a number at all:

funny you should say that.  i was just writing:

if you look at a track map, the way i numbered it a few months ago is wrong.  conventional thinking seems to be that you ignore the chicane'y thing at the end of the back straight; 9 is the little left hander after the blind chicane.  10 is the big bumpy off-camber left hander that sqweak is very familiar with, 11 is the right hander that sets you up for the skidpad.  then you can debate whether or not to count the little lefthand blip just before you enter the skidpad (12/13), or at CSS then you go through 12/13/14.

just when I think DB is out for the count, he always chimes in with a razamatazz....!

Hopefully soon.  I have a GC for a Trackdaz event so I wanna use that soon.  Of course, SOMEBODY has my rearsets  and I still need to pick the damn bike up from the shop.

So, what I'm saying is... Somebody pick a TrackDaz day and I'll sign up.

Derby, you're aware that google has this new image search thing right?  ;)
