Why?  Huh?

I have to wonder that as well.  Don't think I would replace the M900 with a 686, maybe an M1100 though.  Your bike though; it's all good as long as you are happy with it.   waytogo

You should take a pic of them both.
I did have a photo of both of them on TOB for something .

If the weather gets decent I will see if the boys will get them out and I'll even get the BMW in the photo.   Dolph

Hi Dolph,

are those Rizoma mirrors good? Does it give an improved field of vision over the stock? I am thinking about
them because they look great, but I was wondering if they really improve that.

Cheers
Well I can tell you that they don't vibrate at all.

Since I'm 6'5" I still have to look under my armpits to see behind me. That's How I do it. Just lift my arm a bit and look in the mirror where my armpit would be and I see the road behind.  Otherwise I see my shoulders in the mirrors. ( Most any mirrors ) except my K1200S which I can get a clear view w, it's mirrors.

The Rizomas do give a little more piece of vision from being out a little further.     Dolph

Even though my 2006 S4R red/black has been packed up for quite a few months now, I wanted to post up a few pics before she was put up for 2 years.  I am deployed in Japan and unfortunately could not bring it here.  I put the exhaust on a few days before I left.

Thanks el.  #2 is bone stock except it has no " black canister " on it .Since I have never ridden it , I didn't bother to pull the reflectors off.

The black canister disappeared somewhere between the showroom and when it got delivered to my home.?     Grin

I'm still not sure what I'm going to do with it.

I may replace it with a Streetfighter S , or something else .

May replace the K1200S for a BMW S1000RR , lots of options upcoming in '09.     Dolph

Dolph with the " R "

Thanks for the props on the S4R....Nice 1098 as well, but at 6'5", you make that bike look tiny.  I have apic of me on my buddies and at 5'8" I look tiny compared.
