I was headed north at the same time.

Saw a Yellow Sport Classic in front of Liks Ice Cream on 13th around 2PM today.

Also saw a Yellow 748/996/998 heading north on Santa Fe shortly thereafter.

red monster heading west on sixth avenue around 3:45pm today.

Heading to Left hand saw a couple of red ducati's, one with a red lower fairing and a red/white tail, the other red and white fairing with a red tail.  Hmmmm unsual looking Ducati's.....ah yeah that's because they were Desmosedici RR's!!!!!!!!!  Tucked in behind and decided to follow towards Lyons.  They pulled into the gas station and I decided to fill up and get a better look as well.  Nice guys, Thad and Brian, they asked if I was the one behind them, I said "Yeah I was just waiting for you guys to pass someone so I could listen to those engines sing!!!!  They were heading up Suzy so I asked to follow:)  They obliged and I got to hear those beauty's rev!!!!  Actually listening to it just at the gas station was awesome, but it was even better when they were at speed and the two engine's started to fall into synch.  Well at Peak to Peak we stopped and chatted, I had to head into town.... wish I had chosen not to but that's a different matter.  Anyway it was great riding with those guys even if it was just up Suzy.  Well on Peak to Peak picked up another Monster rider headed towards Coal Creek.  Met Mountain Monster, I believe, then we hit coal creek and I headed for downtown.  Nice chance meeting of ducati riders this weekend
