Long story short someone asked what I was riding and I told them S4 Monster and they did the snotty ffffff noise with their mouth. So I asked "what the hell does that mean"? And asked what they rode and they replied gsxr6 and started going on and on about how expensive the tires were and how they wear them out every year and the expensive gear they have. Anyway I walked away mid sentence  because they seemed like a total douche. So my question is how do they stack up performance wise I have no idea.

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

power yea, but what about aerodynamics? S4 is a flying brick compared to a GSXR600. but we're probably talking about 0-60 times here, which is all about the user.

aeros don't matter THAT much 0-60.. around 80-100 they do.

If he looks like a douche, walks like a douche, and sounds like douche, then he is more than likely a douch.  You can argue with a squid till your face turn blue and you still can't proof anything.  Walking away is probably the best thing you did.

Performance-wise?  What year GSXR?   As a general rules, A GSXR is a track weapon and will probably--even with less power--scoot around a track faster (riders being equal) than an s4.  But that's more about how its designed and set-up than anything else.  0-60?  Depends on transmission and gearing.

More important, those guys are douchey douchebags douchbagilly douching their douchiness.

In all reality, the Suzook will probably smoke the Monster S4, and I have a Monster S4.   But if he is such a goober, why not just stuff it in under neath him going into a corner and scare him?

I didnt mention it but it was a girl who I was talking to. I was just wondering if one would eat the other alive. I know nothing of the bike so I didnt want to get into an argument about something I didnt have a clue on thats why im asking about it here.

I usually react the same way to things like that as I do when people go on and on about how my bike is a Ducati and must be really expensive and go 200MPH.

I just smile and give them the "eh? It's alright" and be done with it. For those who insist on fueling their ego, I just agree with them and ride off. "Yes, your bike is much faster. Okay, bye-bye"

Can't compare the two, totally diff bikes, im sure the gsx will kick the s4's ass on the straights, twisties???depends whose riding i guess :-)

There you go, it all depends on who is riding what bike.  I used to go riding  with these older guys on old Toaster tank BMW's that made those old buckets go way faster than I thought possible.

I think you need to completely describe said girl for us to determine squidliness.
