Joint Pains

Anyone else here have joint pains when its about to rain? im young and this blows. Ive read that you can strengthen the muscles around the joint and it will stop happening, everyone else is saying its arthritis and im screwed either way. My Knees hurt. :(

I also rode last night and it was misty outside. Should I try knee warmers?

Any number of things can cause that. If it truly bothers you, see your doctor...

I'm young with similar issues. But I never remember to take it, so I end up just dealing with it.

Sorry couldn't help it. My wife always says that when I complain about aches and pains.
I have found though, with exercise and taking a joint suppliment I seem to avoid the most of the pain.
Mines in my foot from an old injury/surgery.

i cant squat without it hurting right now. this shit blows! and ive seen those 2000mg fish oil capsules, thing is make the beast with two backsing HUGE!!!

I used to get joint pains in college...

Every time I had a joint, this guy always seemed to show up and want some... what a pain!
I solve my problems like an adult, at the strip club drinking on a work night.

I'll be 33 next month and I can run miles at a time, no real knee pain, and I got hit by a semi...
