At first I was thinking it looked like 84 or Pescadero, but there were no redwoods. Maybe eastbay?

They're easy to make. There's a certain fabled moto road with nearly a mile of downhill before a resort that has a race nearby twice a year. Everything from off-the-shelf kids big wheels to full on custom builds are allowed in different classes ~

It looks like Australia to me. They are drifting on the left

. And the camera car is on teh left of the road.

Plus the vegetation looks like eucalypt.
