i am one of those "classic monster" people, and hatted the new 696 and 1100....but the Flat silver with the red fram is awesome! I always thought the s4r looked sooooo good in that combo. I may be starting to like the new monster!!!!

I'm in the same boat, the more I see the 696 and especially the M1100 the more I like'em. I absolutely hated them when I first saw them but now the are growing on me. I still prefer the "classic" monsters especially the S2R 1000. Its kindda like the new 3 series BMW, I hated them until slowly I started lusting after them.
