Does anyone have contact info for the admin of the DML?  They have publicly accused me telling lies. I have started the legal action against them, but I need to notify them and offer them the chance to correct the issue. Removal of the false allegation and a public apology is all I want to ask for. The family lawyer has the case and all suporting docs. They were able to get screenshots with time and dat watermarks. They work fast. [thumbsup]

Wouldn't going straight to the top be a bit more effective... and possibly more painful to the offender?
I solve my problems like an adult, at the strip club drinking on a work night.

I saw the post in question, and was disgusted by the comments made by the admin.  >:(

Anyone care to share?
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

It really is disgusting over there.  On a lighter note, I do enjoy the made-up tech questions:

"Anyways, I was out riding in the country, not pishing it too hard but having some fun in fourth gear. It is a 2000 M750. Well, it ran out of gas I think. It shuddered while riding to a stop, then no response. I tried refilling it, but it would not start. I tried replacing the spark plug, check all the fuel connections between tank and fuel pump, the hoses off the fuel lines were free of moisture like they are supposed to be. Any ideas on what could be causing my issue?"  (http://www.ducatimonster.org/forums/showthread.php?t=186318)

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

While what the admin said in there was flat out wrong, I'm not sure how badly it's going to hurt your reputation.  I mean, how many people are really going to see anything posted on the DML now?   [laugh]

Seriously, what that oneducs guy posted was a lot more offensive in my view, but both the admin and the two trolls that are probably other sign ins of the admin were out of line.

Did I miss something in that thread?

What exactly are you suing for?

+1

The "admin" over there is definitely a douche, but I can't see what you would sue them over.
