Pancetta is bacon, and there are many different styles besides the common rolled one.  The big difference between pancetta and the varieties most Americans are familiar with is pancetta is not smoked, it is salt cured.  I guess this means it would be OK for Cyrus to enjoy a pancetta and egg sandwich on a buttered roll while enjoying his morning cigarette

I'd go through and tally up some of the things that have been said but thats an awful lot of work.

I do enjoy the comments made about me on the CDC though. And to parallel your thoughts about Dan, Sinister seems to have an unnatural infatuation with me, Mother, and the DMF as a whole.
