That has got to be the coolest looking cover I've seen.  I like how the spring caps look like eyeballs for the skull too.  I am so copying that idea if I ever get me a bike with dry clutch.  What color are you powder coating it?  Make sure to post pics once finished.

Thanks guys! I never thought it would ever get this kind of reaction. I have thought about leaving it kinda rough, fits the "monster" idea and thought of blacking it out. Who knows.

that makes since, it did come off of my dads 851. I didnt't know it was an original oem ducati corse piece though. Sweet, thanks for the info

i've got tons of there goods - lightweight front axles, ti engine mounts, etc - familiar with the product line, hadn't seen that one before though - thanks
