Will, any idea how busy you will be tomorrow?  I'd like to bring the bike down to you if possible.

Hey Will,

Is is possible to get an oil/filter change on a saturday while waiting??  It's been a year since my oil was changed, but I've only put about 400 miles on the bike since then   bang head, so do I need to change the oil at this point??

yes, no problem, give them a call at the desk, arlon and jess are our service writers now and shawn finch is the service manager, one of them will answer the phone and schedule you.

No, I'll be stuck at work all day today after ten-thirty.  I was more curious about Thursday.  I need to get the safety check done and I wanted to see if you had a way to cleanly mount up some aluminum reservoir bracket thingies that I got.

Will, did you go to the doc?  Everything alright?  Let me know if you need anything.

I'm scheduled to bring the bike in to you Thursday morning at 0830.  If possible, let me know if you will be there.

Will, apparently I have the dreaded "spreading tank" issue on my 2007 Sport 1000.  I can now lift the right side of the tank completely off the bike as the rubber mounting peg is no longer in the bracket.  I'll make an appointment for next saturday.  Will you be in then?
