Nice work!  waytogo  More details on the headlight lens? (I must have missed the thread)

scuse' the mess

Low beam/High beam - same light/lamp etc...just the shield moves internally.

Had to make a lens, so I figure out how to heat form lexan (not hard)

Damn, Theo you're the man.

I love the headlight bracket (bummer to hide it with black paint/PC).

That brake rotor is hawt too.  You made that some time ago, no?

Errr....dunno if I want to sell this part or just keep the one for me.  Lots of time involved in creating it, so it wouldn't be cheap.  If you REALLY want one, email me and we'll go from there.

OR, if you are talking about the headlight lens/projector....I do have an extra one of the projectors and a few extra len(s) that I made.

I wasn't happy with the flipped U bracket I made, and I didn't want to just buy some fork clamps to mount the headlight either...

So, I wasted about a day screwing around till I came up with something

On bike

Hmmm....this is boring..

Damn, man, that isn't boring.  That's a perfect modern interpretation of the classic spring wire headlight support brackets used on the '72-74 Ducati 750 GT and '73-'74 Ducati 750 Sport.  Those are P.E.R.F.E.C.T. my friend!

I can't leave well-enough alone.

Just ordered 5' of .250 6/4 Ti to make the same bracket...but a smidge lighter  laughingdp

What's wrong with me?

I guess I'll sell the stainless one once I finish up the Ti version.  I can't decide between putting the trellis design on it, or just the bare min to hold the light up for weight...

Tried to make a rear hugger out of that material and found that it didn't hold up to my satisfaction in the wet. If you are a dry weather only rider though...

Really don't know what to ask for the bracket...I've got a few hours in it for sure.  PM me an offer if you are serious, and I'll see if I can live with it Smiley  waytogo
