I saw that^^^^, and I'm not surprised. I thought it was odd that so early in the fight BJ's legs were just sliding right off Georges's back.

There is a great article on Sherdog about the fight. I think it was spot-on.

I don't really care for either one of them that much but I was happy with the outcome.

Surprised that Govea (sp?) lost. His opponent came with a flurry to end that one! laughingdp

I saw nothing there that led me to believe Marquardt could beat The Spider, and I really wish someone would.

Why do you want to see Silva lose? He is one of my favorite fighters. Respectful, passionate, and one of the best fighters on the planet. Its not his fault no one can beat him. Henderson and Franklin can beat just about anyone in that weight class but can't even touch Silva he just too good.

Really good for a free show though. Way more entertaining than the last PPV. Now I can't wait for the 7th when I get to go watch Rampage beatdown Jardine. Evil

Anybody else disappointed/bored with the Sanchez/Stevenson fight? Joe didn't do much (looked flat), and Sanchez didn't really do any damage. He won on points, and he controlled the pace. That was about it.

I don't like either of those two d-bags, but I hate Sanchez with a passion. So I was hoping for Joe to win, but he didn't do shit. Then was happy at the end like he pulled it off and did a great job.

The rest of the fights were actually pretty good though. I love seeing Koscheck lose, he's another d-bag I can't stand.

No kidding. In a post-fight interview, I got the impression that Stevenson was going for the decision win, as he lamented that letting it go to the judges was a bad idea. Yeah, dude, it's ALWAYS a bad idea. Especially, when you are getting out-paced and you sit on the outside most of the fight. I kept yelling at either one of them to get in the damn pocket and throw more than one- or two-punch combinations.
