JM, if you don't buy this for C, I will slap you the next time we see each other.  :-*

[laugh]  [thumbsup]

We're looking to see how our fundage will work for it.  There's a really good chance it might appear in the garage sometime this coming week if all goes as I'm hoping it does  [moto]

G just told me if we turn her 620 into a trackbike she wants a hawk gt custom painted by Nate for her streetbike because of her fond memories of the bike (and I assume by extension my awesomeness as its owner before we got married).

and she asked me to slap you in case you were waffling on it's purchase.

Great bike... Its a Honda, really no issues to worry about, as is the case with most all Honda motorbikes..

Keep it clean and pretty much stock, and pass it on after a cpl years...

My Funny Hawk GT story. In all my free time, I instruct at a couple of track days as a riding coach. As a rule, Hawk GT's are either riden well and quietly by women, regardless of the pace although most tend to be more conservative) or they end up being picked up after trying to rail on the thing and flicking it down the road...

Great bike! and GREAT wife's bike!

I have a buddy that instructed for years at Penguin school on a modded Hawk...with street tires

It's amazing how fast those things will go in the right hands.

You can twist the left hand all you like, but since the throttle's on the right, it won't make you any faster.
