What about the $17.00 Brembo copy radial master cylinders that you can get out of Thailand?

I hate to say it, but it sort of begs the question; how good are these components?  Are they made in the same factories, on the same assembly lines, as the ones that are "real", or are they true poor knock-offs with obvoius quality deficiencies?

no idea, you'd have to buy one and evaluate it.

i would imagine that would be reversed engineered copies with inferior metals and slightly lower tolerances.

it would take a company to really do a good examination of them to see if they are truly capable components or are dangerous copies.

why would it take a company? if you have experience with metallurgy and have the right tools, it could be done at home.

if i had a set I would take them to work and give them a quick poke with the handheld XRF to get a general idea of what the rotor is made from.

ideally, then lpi rotor and carrier, but the buttons would have to be cut off to do that.

I just received a set of risers/clamps from china. These look identical to the speedymoto sets.  The fit/finish is first rate at half the cost including shipping.    Im  lookng at some rear sets from the same company.
