I have the stock bars and the GenMar risers.  I think the risers definitely help relieve stress on my wrists, but only by about 20%.  I still get tired wrist after just a few minutes of riding.

I wish they made risers with some pullback built into them.

The stock bars on the 620 have a nice hight (if those are the stock)! The Magura Stock for S4R are much lower.. I will post a picture of the Brutale bars I bought when I install them!

Thanks for the post!

"they" do make those - angled 45 degrees backwards - might be too close to the tank?  I'm sorry I can't remember where, but I saw them during a search for risers. Are you sure it's not the sweep you need? Should be easy to find out - if your wrists are just a LITTLE angled to "fall in place" it might be painful = dangerous/distracting = less value of riding.

Yes those are stock bars (that have been sanded with 320 grit sandpaper to remove the shine).

Stopintime, I think you may be correct that my wrists are angled wrong.  Maybe those 45 degree pullback risers along with a flatter bar may do the trick.

The Rizoma bars for S*R bikes mentioned here (or in other posts) has about an inch and a half rise AND a sweep back. That might be perfect for MY wrists. Don't know if your needs are the same - or if Rizoma bars for your bike compares the same way with your stock bars. Might be worth checking into?

I just bought brutale handlebars! I haven't installed them yet, but I can see how they will help  a lot. They are tall and angled back. I will post pics when on the bike!
