I had looked for an aftermarket style solution for the wet clutch of the 696 after getting UBER jealous of open clutch bling on here.

All i had found was a carbon fiber stick on cover, or a Ducati Magnesium racing swap for lots of money

well after searching ebay for stuff just now i cam across these

they come in silver, black and red (what i have seen so far)

pretty cool in black

heres the red

Thanks from me as well.  I've got a rashed cover that I was going to remove and powder coat and this option will look nicer and be cheaper!

I emailed them today and they said they have them in stock in black, gold, red and natural.  Which color should I get?  I was blacking out the bike, but I really like the red bits at the top of the fork.  So I'm torn between black or red.....

These are not hard anodized, so natural will keep it's finish better.
Red is too much red - this is a rather large piece and will be very noticeable.
Black will soon be purple, but then it's powder coating time (dark grey or black)
The finish is quite shiny - I passed on their offer because of that.

I hadn't noticed they weren't hard anodized.  I would send it to my powder guy first and go with matte black.

Your $0.02 (particularly the NOK two cents) is always appreciated.
