Thats a Sam Adams glass...designed to collect the flavors in the bulb...most of them also have a laser etched ring on the bottom of the glass to keep bubbles forming, so it has a head the entire time, if you pour a Boston Lager into one of those glasses, the head will start at the blue ring and end at the narrow part of the bulb...every time...its bizzare.
