Remember in the movies where they would show an immensly dark whole in the ground that had no bottom, that all the bad guys were thrown into as punishment...

Well, it just so happens that it's located int Guatamala:



It's reported that this crazy sink hole swallowed an entire 3 story building and a house.

Judging from this next pic, I'd say that I belive it!!

i saw that pic yesterday and my brain just can't reconcile it. it's friggin... scary.

15 feet wide by 60 feet (about) deep - that top pic looks photo-tienda-ed like a mofo, however.

Negative.  According to weather.com, the sinkhole is about 200 ft. deep!

From what I read there's no photoshopping going on in that first picture. And 200 feet would sure sound more like what we can see.

I wonder what's down at the bottom too!!!
