Played mechanic:

Reflashed the Monster with an updated Writer and reset TPS. Hope it evens out the idle since there was a bug in the writer version I used before.

The Daytona got some love too:

Sure wish I would have remembered to grab that harbor freight bead breaker! The car jack worked, but what a pain in the ass!

Helped a newbie that dumped his Honda Shadow on River Road by Rileys Lock.  He broke his ankle and 3 ribs.

Gave his riding buddy a ride back to the scene after dropping his bike off at his house.

A couple Monsters rode by.....anyone here?

Today I used the skills I learned in MSF class to avoid eating a bumper. Swerved to avoid a car that slammed on the brakes, got the bike squared up, then had to brake hard to avoid other cars that had bailed to the shoulder. Without the training I probably would have laid the bike down, or worse. Thank you, MSF.  waytogo

Watch out those those spastic drivers! You'll be shocked at how much bad stuff you'll see.

Sunday I got the KTooom out for some fun and fiddling. Quick little bugger in the turns, not so much fun on the slab. Wind blast is well worse than than the Monster.

During one of my loops of Clifton I was behind some big SUV that I watched cross the double yellow 5 times in a couple miles.

You have a busy running schedule coming up. waytogo The Half marathon...one of my friends mentioned this race to me and I've been thinking about participating in a race so I thought the Alexandria Half was a good option. I eventually want to try a full marathon, but I want to get a few races under my belt before doing so.
