Lars, I think I am going to head over towards WV tomorrow with Brian.  Are you going to be doing your loop again next weekend?  If so I am in.  Also, do you by chance have any of that mapped out for a google earth/map overlay?

For those wanting to head out for a 211/33 loop, we're meeting at the gas station in Shirlington at 8:30, and rolling at 9:00'ish.

If you want to intercept us out west, we're stopping at the BP in The Plains at 9:45'ish, and rolling at 10:00'ish. After that your best bet is a text message (703.231.4082) and a plan to meet us in Harrisonburg when we stop for a quick lunch.

The pace will be fast - mostly single file. Drink some water tonight, and wrap yourself up real good in the morning. We'll be diligent about lunch and fuel... no social bullsh!t... the goal is to be back in DC around 3:30-4:00.

And by the way, Massimo will probably join us.

I know it's probably a retarded question, but for the sake of clarity and to avoid me getting lost in VA as I usually do, this is "THE" gas station in Shirlington: Shirlington Texaco, 2817 South Quincy Street, Arlington, VA‎, right?

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

I would say yes.  Either there, or the Caribou Coffee just down the high street.

No the gas station in Shirlington is a Shell station. You've got the right address though.

Once again, July 5th ,9:30 a.m. 16503 Ballpark road Bowie MD. 20716.

Stands up at 10:00.

About 100-120 miles of non-stop twisty perversion.

Lars, are you doing this route again next Sunday?  If so, Brian, Massimo and I will likely be attending.

And if there's space for one more - I'd like to toss my hat in the ring. IF it's happening and the group's not too big already.

Looks like sat is nominally cooler, but with chances for thunder boomers that Sunday doesn't have. So pick your poison...
