Oh, I know -- so was I. See you tomorrow. Sounds like it'll be a good group and good weather.

Sounds fun... GPS it for me!

My last batch of patch it parts arrived, so I'm going to take on getting my rear brake sorted out and make some final tweaks.

Dude, you still haven't gotten your bike back yet?

Nope. And, yes, I'm kinda anxious. Borderline miffed.

Do you want to borrow a Monster 620 or SV650? Where is your bike being held captive?

DRKWNG

So, Tony/Gene, give me an idea of the route so I can decide which bike to take out.  Super tight and twisty will be the SD.  Faster and more swoopy will be the SC.

Ah man, I would take either. Unfortunately I'm committed to a hockey game tomorrow morning. Thank you, though! That's very kind of you and I might take you up on the offer for next weekend if I'm still stranded.

My bike is at Coleman Falls Church. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. They quoted me for 8 hours of labor when I decided to leave the bike (almost 3 weeks ago). Grrr. Ima heading over there tomorrow PM to see if the bike is on the lift yet. If not I'm taking it back and riding out to DucPond.

Oh, well, while you're at Coleman, you should take some demo rides -- http://www.psnnewsletter.com/newsletters/49981_2010_8_18_2_48_55.html

Edit: Oops, that's just the Woodbridge store.

Sorry was having connectivity probs yesterday.  As far as the SoMD part of the route, there will be a fair amount of variation, so it will be a combo of both, along with some long straights :( too.

I thought you were going to take the bike out to DucPond in the fist place... The guy who works a Colemans is ok, but he's only there part-time so work there takes forever ... and ever ... and ever ... No worries tho, we'll hold a charity raffle to get you a loaner ;)

Main thing I like about Colemans is that they usually stock the parts I need and they used to have reasonable tire install rates.
First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me.

There's a (long'ish) story about why I decided to bring the bike back to Coleman. The upshot is this: The tech at Coleman rebuilt my engine within the first 1000 miles and, because he's got some history with my bike, I want him to make sure he's satisfied with his work.

Tpny good job today! Great riding with everyone today, when we parted at Fredericksburg, my route was mostly traffic free, got home at 5:30. Tony hope you made it back without problems, sent you a message. Let's do it again sometime, maybe a run down to Tims II at Fairview beach or a run our to Oldies diner in prunytown. Again good time, Thanks for giving me some company - Gene
