I know he wanted us to come Tuesdays as its a slow night.

Perfect!

How many people usually come to these things?

I don't remember if they have a draft.  If they do, maybe they can buy a keg for our group.  That is relatively cheap to do, like 70-90 bucks.  If everyone drinks beer that is....  Of course, if you drink grappa, then, well.. you're on your own...:D

"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

It's a mixed bag as far as how many people show up.  I've only gotten this going again since moving here three weeks ago.  The first evening was pretty good, with about ten people coming, but the second (up in Maryland) only had four of us.  Several people have said that they would come if they were back in NoVa and I am trying to drum up more interest on the other Ducati forums as well as a few Duc owners I know at work.

So bottom line, could be as few as four or as many as twenty?

I wont push him for a deal then.  I'll just let him know if its a go or not and if it works, then he can decide.  It's a nice laid back place.  They have a patio too, but it needs to cool off for that...  [drool]

That'll work.  And I agree on the deal part.  Let's wait and see what sort of buy in we get.

I talked to Lino at Sfizi again today.  He doesn't have a draft for kegs, but he said he'd make drink specials, no problem.

So far it looks great.  Would be a nice monthly meetup for Ducati/Italian bikers.  Would probably get me off my ass to work on my other bikes.... sigh.. so little time...  :-\
