Nothing wrong with utilizing the laws set forth to clean up junk laying around while making a profit as well.  Just glad I don't live in the district

Anyone up for a Thursday meet or something???  Seems this has gone away....yeah it's been cold as crap, but this week doesn't seem too bad.

For me, Wednesday good, Thursday bad. I might be able to switch things up though.
