Doesn't matter to me (OK, not McDonalds), somewhere central of course - either D.C. or maybe Arlington / Alexandria? Anyone have a suggestion? Capitol City in Shirlington is right near 395, so that's easy.

If you decide on Shirlington there's a few more places than just cap city now.  A 'copper wood tavern' opened the other week. There's Sam becketts and busboys and poets too. 
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Copious. There's several Multi level lots within one block of the strip that are open acess after business hours

Well let's say Cap City - a known quantity and I just saw the burger prices at Copper Wood - I think Cap City is cheaper. Maybe. :)
