Thursday night sounds good.  How 'bout somewhere not so proud of their beers though.   Grin

Proud of their beers? Does that mean $$$?

How about the new Bier Baron (replaced the Brickskeller)?

Other ideas?

If I can get my work done on time tomorrow I'll try and make it down, if not I'm working late and am out.

The Brickskeller was a DC institution. It was the go-to place for beer before it became fashionable, but was also famous for being out of the first 5 things you picked, and the gross bathrooms and general mustiness. The same people opened RFD downtown, and I think wanted to sell the building the Brickskeller was in.

I was there once and can confirm that it was kinda gross and while they were (are) listed in the Guinness Book of Records for largest selection, I had to keep trying before they had one I picked in stock. Smiley

The new owners have supposedly cleaned up the place. Hopefully they've sped up the service.

7:30?
