i nearly fell out of my chair.

it would be nice if they would make the games a little less edge of your seat and more "the USA ain't nothin to make the beast with two backs with!"
but i'll take the win however it comes.


if i wasn't at work i would be at a bar half lit singing and chanting for the team.
i want to see the ratings for these games to see how much nobody cares about soccer in this country.

I was on a conference call while watching the game... when the score happened I started screaming... and then remembered I was still on the call... thank God I had hit the mute button.... wow, with all those shots that were so damn close... it was nice to see one finally go in.... Algeria was much better that I expected... they almost always had an immediate return attack on us.... but the US had way too many missed shots that should have been closer....

USA - Ghana on sat afternoon

Argentina-Mex sun morn and then Germany-England sun afternoon.

The only thing I'm upset about is making the Union game sunday at 5.
That will be a tough one to make work since i'm supposed to cook at our tailgate starting at noon.
