I'm told, not confirmed yet, that there is a 50 cal with an upper AR15.  Surely there's much more than the barrel but I wanted your thoughts and websites to research since $3-5k would be too much.
Can we thin the gene pool?

Ferret makes an AR 50bmg upper. Expect a long wait. I've shot them, and they are incredible rifles. I believe they are Lothar Walther barrels.

Trained today (for make the beast with two backss sake its hot) then set one of the bays up for a class tomorrow. make the beast with two backs, it's gonna be hot. Had to get hard on the 19 for tomorrow, since I don't run the STI for these classes. (Well, it'll make an appearance to blaze some steel for show and tell)  :D
