So who's got the deals these days on the targets that show green or orange where you hit?

Im starting to like those.

I stopped the checkout when they wanted over $13.00 to ship 60 6" targets!

I guess I'm in the wrong business. . .

I'd look elsewhere then.

Midway wanted a ton more for the Caldwell targets and they get a ton for shipping.

How much shipping for more than one pack?

But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Bought some 8 inchers, thanks!

FYI: The ShotGlow targets are not stickers.

I can work with either. The indoor range has foam pannels to pin targets too.

Just a heads up so you don't end up looking like a jack ass trying to peel off what is not a sticker...Like I did this weekend.  :P

My gun club is raffling off some guns this year.

Henry "golden boy" lever action .22
Rossi trifecta
Savage 93r17 bolt action .17 hmr
Savage axis XP.270 bolt action w/scope
Hand carved duck decoys.

Are any of those guns "cool?"

I might just buy all the tickets they sent me to sell. I don't do anything with the club other than sometimes I hit the basement range. Its mainly a club for trap shooters. No outdoor range even.

Thoughts?

I was at a Fun Shoot / competition last month and one guy brought a Henry Golden Boy to shoot in the .22 division.  It really is a cool rifle.  Loading the rifle might be a little PITA and I can see the lever action might get old after awhile.  But that's not what the rifle is intended for; it's for that old-time feel and a great conversation starter.

What's your opinion on a .17 HMR rifle, particularly the CZ45x American series?

I've been researching on what to get next.  I want a traditional style rifle with accurate and relatively inexpensive ammo.  Not going to use it to hunt or shoot over 200 yrds.  The .17 HMR and the CZ rimfire rifle keep on coming.  It's peaking my interest.  Thoughts?
