"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

One of the multiple drills shot today. Some solid work from those guys today. I was doing a lot of fine tuning and unmake the beast with two backsing some institutional inbreeding and range theatrics.
Woohoohoohoo! Two personal records! For breath holding and number of sharks shot in the face.

Looks like a busy week at the office. [thumbsup]

Well that was fun, stopped by the local indoor to drop off some brass to a buddy and watched the Tursday night match for a few minutes until I got thwacked in the neck from a piece of a 230 grain slug, quickly followed by another piece in my ribcage.....time to go. ;D

I would like to share this article with a certain Drill SGT  from Ft. Jackson, 1999 ;D

I've got a few at Leonard Wood that need a clue, too...  after having to clean an already cleaned clean weapon that was just cleaned.  I think Satan himself invented the dental pick... one little nugget of carbon, and back to the floor!

I don't really know if it was Basic, or just my general untidiness... but I hate cleaning weapons, and generally refuse to do so.  That doesn't mean they aren't lubed and serviceable, mind you.

There was 18 guys in the class, plus the 2 of us. While teaching we don't shoot as much as the students, so the majority of it was them. Similar round count for the 5.56 the two previous days. If you see some bags' on the side of the road smoking, they're mine.  ;) I'm beat down like a rented mule.

One must ask...  Just how big of a stake do Frank & Kopf hold in Freedom?
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

If he doesn't, he should grab a slice of the action for sure! ðŸ'ðŸ»ðŸ'ðŸ»

All of that ammo was from Precision Delta. Frank has a contract with them now. I'm still buying from Freedom though for myself. When I help with one of his classes, I shoot the free stuff.   ;)
