Guess I don't need to dig out the 27. [thumbsup] [popcorn]

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

muskrat

maybe you still do.  ;D

well, some pregnant dog followed me home tonight.  8)

I got to fondle one of those at the local shop the other day... I liked where all the controls fell and how the grip felt, but I thought it might be a bit bulky for everyday wear.  I have to keep everything tucked in at work and that really isn't a pocket gun...

How are you liking the little flip-out mag extender?

Got a range report yet?

That is a little big for a pocket gun. I sure do like my Ruger LPC and Kel-Tec .380s for that. And with the cold weather here I also really like my S&W 640. Makes for a great winter coat pocket gun that you actually shoot from inside the pocket. I can always buy another coat. ;D

I'm not a fan of the double action only semi-auto pistols.  That's what revolvers are for.

This is odd and interesting - I'm not sure what problem it solves, but..................

So, it's a muzzle brake built into the bullet (i.e., disposable).

Pass.  I'd rather get a traditional muzzle brake, and use what ever bullet i want.

Full brass with the cutouts are probably going to be too light anyway.

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

Spent last Saturday at the gun show at the PHX fairgrounds with my dad.  3 years in a row now.  I guess it's becoming a family tradition.  I go for the knives, WWII memorabilia and the people watching.  Ahh..the sites you see at the gun show.   Doesn't seem too much different from the crowds at the Mesa swap meet or Daytona bike week.   :P

They obviously frown on pics being taken so I can't post one of the cowboy wearing three revolvers around his waist.  Can't say this is anything new since I've seen it many times here in the desert (mostly it's HD riders wearing their glocks). Curious to know though..is this legal in other states?

I saw a thing on The Firearm Blog about those vented bullets. I'm not sure I really get it, but I'm curious to see some actual testing.

Legal in Indiana- no distinction between open carry and concealed carry.  If you have an IN concealed carry permit, you can carry displayed anywhere you can legally carry concealed.  I'd say I've seen an instance of this at every gun show I've been to... often, it's somewhat promotional ("Crazy Jerry's Quick Draw Cowboy Holsters! Come visit our booth!").  Promotions aside, I think there is a small population of gunowners throughout the state carry displayed as their routine.

Every now and then, I'll see some guy wearing on the outside of his clothes just randomly, like in a McDonald's along the highway or something.

It was (and to my knowledge still is) legal to carry openly in Kansas.

Though apart from "protest carries" that crop up now and again, I can't really recall the last time I saw someone exercising the right (outside of a gun show).

(Probably because, legal or not, somebody would call the police...)
