I'll have to see if my version of PS has the pop feature. I know some cameras have a simple setting to do that too (not my D90 tho).

I did that in a very old version of Photoshop Elements.  It was version 4.0 IIRC.  If that can do it, I'm certain yours can.  Basically, the wand & brush selector are your friends.  Then just remove color.  It gets tedious with a noisy background.

They bum me out that I didn't make it out to DiTR again this year.
