Is there anything actually in the plans for sunday, or is it just gonna be a meet up and go wherever?

You can take mine out anytime also. God knows I don't get out much lately.

It was great hangin' out with you for breakfast this morning, Stu.

Zaster, I tried picking up Davids call this morning @ 9, but couldn't get it to connect, then I called him...nothing. then I get a voice mail come through @ around 11 saying he was headed to meet you.  F'n istupid (Which is better than the tardberry phone I had before.   ...Screw it, Im gettin' a cricket phone.

We're off to see Machete downtown if anyone wants to come @ 1:45     Then, date nite (Pretty bad when you work so much you have to plan a date nite).  you're not envited to that. hahaha

It looked like JJ, Ed, and me for the first two runs, then we found Zaster and Godec, along with a few other hooligans.  Video of the first three trips and a partial of the fourth.   Traffic was very light and the riding was excellent.  Sorry the rest of you couldn't make it.

What's up for tomorrow?

Name a time and place and I will be.....there...   Warm up the TeleTransporter  Scotty!

Maybe this time it will be with the Screaming Yellow Bird/Wild Canary/Golden Anti-Duc.....etc.

Today was "bags-o-fun" and we were riding with "lady luck".  So, maybe do it again....  Same time, same station.... "Rock On!"   applause

« Reply #1912 on: September 04, 2010, 02:00:47 PM »

Had great fun riding with Scott and Ed for first two Crest rounds and then Karl, Goduc (Yes, made the appearance!) and others joined for round 3...Great weather, we wrapped 3 rides by 11:45..can't beat that! waytogo I have some decent snaps from the new cellphone (Not bad!) to review...The rest of the long week for me would be on the new/old mountain bike below...! Felt great today physically, the mountain bike and Scott's "no death grip" tip helped a ton! Cheers mates...Enjoy the movie night and will see the rest on track soon!

Dylan said the problem with my engine light (CAN error 38 code) today may be related to a weak immobilizer radar...50 bucks or so for new one... I'll wait for the videos Scott...Enjoy!  chug

& finally my mountain bike in Ducati Red!  cheeky

Only did the crest run once today, Road Matt's 800 up to the gas station and back, and I don't think I'll be losing my grin any time soon! Had an absolute blast this morning!  Good seeing everyone, and Thanks again Matt for the test ride!   Grin   [moto]

Depends on which side of the mountain you start I guess.  We ran La Luz trail to the Crest today in sub 2 hrs.  I can hold my own up there, and Felina was hot on my heels.   Today, The Cat was more like Aguila.

So happy to hear it was a great day on the other side of the dirt pile.

I have a new title at my job in SF, so, no day off for me tomorrow...But thats a good thing.

Ride, play, rest or work as hard as you can tomorrow....Just enjoy it.

See ya down the road.

Had to do it one more time before the holiday weekend is over.  [moto]
Met Jim and some non-NMMR hooligans (Tony, Larry, Tara, Jeff) to hit the Crest. Traffic was better than expected  waytogo

I'm glad everyone had a good holiday weekend.  It's not the same without ya, K.B., but we'll keep a spot open for ya if you decide to join us.

Video forthcoming, for those guilty folks who had images taken of them.
