As for me, I'm drinking pisswater beer (Coors original, to be exact) in an effort to keep the sobriety at bay.

Ok, so, a liter of rum a night on weekends is good training or do the red wine bottle on pasta night, also counts as training?

Anything else I should consider for the other days of the week?... Pilsner @4.7% or keep the Heffe Weizen, Dunkel und Klaer, the remaing days of the week? Or should just mix Saturdays with some JD and Sangria while keeping the BBQ on?
