yay festbier!!

i think i will put my masses to use this weekend too. now to find the proper beverage.  Grin

It was Spaten Oktoberfest. Good stuff. Almost as good as Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest. We had a keg of the Spaten at our cycling team's year end BBQ on Sunday where that pic was taken.

she's just a wee girl. that's a lot of beer for a tiny person.

That is a big one!

My stein is marked 1 litre.
i wish we could attach pics. i cna't acess photobucket from work. we have a picture of me with a liter and my g/f's mom with a half liter. she's small enough that it looks almost to scale from me to her.

I have to try and find Augustiner. The might have it still at The Perfect Pour. I agree about Paulaner. They are close. Weinhestepahner is good too. Sam Adams doenst suck either. It's actually one of the BBCs best offerings of all the stuff they brew.

I wish Yuengling would make a festbier. And price is as well as they do their regular beer. Dollar for dollar it's the best beer in America. Any of you PA fellers know if they do make a festbier. Can you get me some?

augustiner fest is going to be VERY hard to come by in the states. their helles, and wiessen can be found.  never had weinhestapaher. I was very suprised by the paulaner because everything else i have had by them isn't that great.

i'm not going to discuss sam.

no, they don't make a fest. if they do it must stay in pottsville because i have never seen anything other than their advertised beers.

This was me in Singapore a year or so ago, with a beer bigger than my head. drink

MsPaula, do you remember where that was?  The surroundings look familiar, as does the official "L" size Hoegaarden glass.

Started work at 6:30
Doo da, doo da
Taught some extra classes today
Oh doo da day
Help didn't show to work
And so I got stuck
Got home to a huge dog mess and ants,

and now I'm getting drunk.
