These Buds go down quick, i think theres a hole in the cans.  Normally i drink real beer, you know, with flavor, but i'm a bit house-poor now so its the cheap stuff.

Side note, I had some Dogfish head beer a few weeks ago, reeeal good beer.  The 120 Min. IPA and the World Wide Stout.   -feckin deeeelicious!

Anybody in a place where they get that stuff allthe time?  We can't get it in the S-T-L...make the beast with two backsin beer capital of the US...I heard that DogFish was looking for a Midwest sales rep, so maybe were geting it soon...

Just bought some nice fresh mussels and what to do with them other than cook em in a bit of good white wine, some oil, garlic and parsley. Of course had to finish the bottle of wine, a nice New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, a bit of crusty bread the mussels.....mmm....what's for dessert?....

Ben Riach Curiositas single malt for me tonight

Yep marlborough or Montana (NZ) sav blanc, my favourite whites, your comment got me thinking...we don't see much U.S wine here (AUS) everything else, from Chile to France, anything you reckon I should be keeping an eye out for?

I'm out of single malt at home  Cry

for cabs, I like joseph phelps, silver oak (napa or alex valley, both tasty), and cakebread cellars.

pinot noir or chard, I'd give anything out of the russian river valley a good look

there's some good drinkin' from up out of oregon/washington state, too...

Not yet, but hopefully soon. Sam + Percocet + Valium. Plus now I'm non weight bearing on my left leg due to "overuse syndrome"...

All starting to hit now. Time to hit the hay. I would still like to be able to make it up the stairs (on crutches mind you) before I'm feeling the full effect...

Ooooh. Fun stuff, mang. Stacking is definitely the way to go.  waytogo As long as you know where you are when you wake up.

For me? The old stand-by: High Life. Interestingly, doing 20 push-ups per beer seems to reduce the effects. PFT season is just around to corner!

Yeah, I think I just make the beast with two backsed that up though. I can still barely walk. Still on crutches, hurts to put more than 25-30% weight on that foot. I have class and a test tomorrow. Hard to study on Valium and Percocet, but I waited as long as I could...
