OK. Grabbed some photos today after the install was officially finished.
This is how it all started!

Like I said before. It went OK... for the most part. Left side went on no problem and led me to believe the brake side would be just as easy.
it was NOT. The short version of the problem I encountered is:
The stepped spaced provided to be used between the main bolt and the rearset bracket was a hair too thick at the smaller end. When inserted into the bracket it contacted the mounting post sticking out of the swingarm pivot too soon and prevented the bolt from squeezing the rearset bracket tightly. As a result when everything was cinched down there was still 1/16" play and the whole bracket would wiggle a bit.
Obviously this was not going to work...
This pic shows what I am describing:

I sourced a SS metric washer from my local Ace hardware and used a bench grinder to thin the washer to the perfect thickness, I almost lost a finger in the process.
Here you can see where I added a washer to provide the necessary depth for the stepped spacer.
From the outside in: Main Bolt->Stepped Spacer->Rearset bracket->Improvised spacer->Swingarm mount point.
You will note that there is roughly 1/4" gap between the improvised spacer and the actual swingarm. The washer I used has an identical diameter to the post that sticks out of the swingarm and it looks quite nice installed.

As a result of the added space at the main bolt the two lower mounting points needed to have additional spacers added. The provided ones were no long enough anymore. FTR before I spaced the top and cinched everything down tight the first time the provided spacer were STILL too short which leads me to believe it was improper machining.
2 spacers(washers) on each side of both black spacers:

After this little hiccup the job was complete. The final product was VERY stable and looked damn good.
Overall, my heel position was raised a total of 2.5" and it VERY comfortable compared to stock height for someone who is 5'7".
Photos of final product in next post.
