Cut the deal and go final as quickly as possible

you want ink on the paper pronto

the longer it drags out, the greater the odds that (despite it being her idea), she will resent you

and that will translate into her need to punish you for enjoying the new-found life she so generously gave you

do not let her know you are dating or seeing anyone


ink on the paper ASAP...you will save thousands and will not be dropping clumps of hair over the irrational madness

Hey PorscheMonkey, was there any indication that things wouldn't work out in the long run before you got married?  Like something you overlooked or glossed over or ignored?  I'm just askin as a single guy scared shitless of getting married, especially when I read stuff like this.

Dude this is the freaking truth, Same way in my marriage. All was well and all was great for about 13 years.
Then it slowly started changing and I noticed her loosing interest. The last year was spent with me saying I would
do anything she needed to make things work to no avail. You just can't tell with women. Don't be scared Grappa. shit happens and honestly I wouldn't trade the last 15 years, they were all good years. we're still friends too. Though that part is the rarity.
