I'm looking into a stand to do maintenance on my Duc.  I'm probably going to need a swingarm stand because I haven't seen rear spools for my 01 Monster.  What kind of stands do you use and like?

Pitbull works great on my '01, even with my crappy dirt-floor garage.

Same as my reply to the other 4327 "which stand" threads:  Pitbull.

I have an s2r 800 and Pit bull for the rear. For the front its axle stands and a hardened steel bar under the horizontal cylinder.Works great to yard off the front end.
When I worked in the bike shops as a wrench we had air tables and then would use scissor jacks under the motor to lift the back ends. The front wheeels where always clamped. To work on the front ends we would simply place the bikes on the air tables at 90* to the table and lift up. Front end comes off very quickly that way.Secret is staps to secure the bike on both sides :)

Anderson Racing stands are very popular here in Australia.

I was checking this one out.  I really wanted to try to keep it under a $100 but still have something of decent quality.

Pit Bulls are overbuilt.  Overbuilt is a good thing.  You will have it for decades.  Think of it as an investment.

Sold my cheapy stands and picked up a set of Pitbull's.  Never looked back since.
