I've only had my 696 for a few months, but I want that 1100 Evo with no hesitation.

The ABS + TC is a huge thing for me, love the exhaust (the location, not necessarily looks but I'm ok with the looks), the wheels, the rear pegs, the overall look of it.

And honestly...I'm glad it's a wet clutch too.  Don't hate me, it's just I love the feel of my 696 and don't want that to change on the bigger bike.

Takes my 696 which I already LOVE and makes it....perfect!

Pretty much, the only thing stopping me from buying it is all the cash I have dumped into my bike... the parts would all have to be removed and sold.. too much time.
Is this thing on?

I'll be selling my bike as is. I will take a hit on all the mods, but it's an '05.

Dry clutch is a heavier pull its true.  Although it seems to bother some more than others, doesnt bother me at all.  Slipper?   I dont miss it.   And... if I was in the market for a "jack of all trades" ride, I'd buy a Honda.  My Ducati though, I want that dry clutch rattle  8)

[roll] Lame excuse  [cheeky] ....

Woodcraft clipons, Speedymoto top triple, Rizoma grips, Rhinomoto bar ends, CRG hindsight mirrors, R&G tail chop, DP Touring seat, Speedymoto sliders... all a direct swap from M696 to M1100EVO  [evil].

And since the exhaust on M1100EVO is gruesome to behold.... you just need to get hold of some stock M1100 headers and then even your H-Competition twin tube will bolt straight on.

You're welcome  ;D.

not 100% confirmed, but I would be amazed if they didn't.

Raux

plus you'll already have passenger pegs without havign to spend additional money since they are separate on the new bike ;)

Gotta have the red!!!! (no white)

+1

Unless I can find a 10' 1100S ABS deeply discounted, this is my next bike.
Ducati fixed the things that bug me and I would have to immediately change out ( rear sets, gold wheels, I'm in a toss up over the current and new style exhaust, I love the dual s4r style ) of course the exhaust would have to go first, and then the rear fender, but I would be happy for a while.

Ducati still has a couple red frame 2010S modules with ABS no black frame modules left in NA.  They have been searching for a replacement for my lemon I bought at the beginning of the summer.  Ducati had to grab one from the marketing department to full fill my need of a black frame.  Otherwise you are good to go.  Hopefully the ride will end soon and I will actually get to ride again.
2010 M1100 ABS with the sport100 tank kit or black on black. Ducati - Termignoni carbon fiber exhaust, ECU, High Efficiency air filter, bitubo steering stabilizer, Oberon levers, AEM quick exchange rear, and tons of other tweaks.

Chicks dig me because I rarely wear underwear and when I do, it’s usually something unusual!

Talked to the local dealer today.
Was informed that price was holding steady @ $11,999 for us NA customers. The rear sub frame "should" allow for removal of the passenger pegs. The DTC system is similar to the other systems already on Duc products but it has 4 levels of adjustment instead of the 8 or something that the Multi has. The 4 on the monster should be about the same as 8 on the Multi and the 1 setting is about equal on both.

The local dealer is also accepting deposits.
:giggity:

edit: they also said from what they are hearing it could be as late as may for them to ship.

I really dislike the exhaust, but I'm sure there will be some decent after-market options.
