Honda Adventure bike concept based on the 1200 VFR.  Looks terrible, but can't help but notice the similarity to the Multistrada.

Doctor Woodrow

Looks a bit heavy to me ( I said LOOKS, not IS) like it has what we call in the medical world 'a Pedulous Abdomen'. Yet another way for a doctor to be absolutely and undeniably correct, yet make you feel terrible, embarrassed, and wronged all at the same time. This thing just doesn't look like it would fit the bill for spirited riding of any kind.

2005 620 Dark "Zerafina", High mount Termi's, Cyclecat rearsets and clipons. Axio "Repsol" Hardpack backpack. Some of us put the 'Damn' in Crash Damnage.

the gs is an overweight barge as well as well as being as ugly as a hatfull of arseholes , so no real difference ;)

but just reading on the GS 33 Litres of fuel  [thumbsup]

bet the honda doesnt have more than 20
i dont care if you have been a mechanic for 10 years doing something for a long time does not make you good at it, take my gf for an example shes been walking for 28 years and still manages to fall over all the time.

I think it fits perfectly into the Adventure Touring segment. Bmw GS looks with Honda reliability and hopefully price. Nice!

Besides the CBR250, is Honda offering anything interesting this year?

Honda designers took a lot of ugly pills this year.

No, they just ran out of pretty pills.
VIVA LA EVOLUCION!!!

A touring bike that never breaks down and can run for days with out a drop of oil or water. May come in handy.
I live vicariously thru myself......

Gawd damn that thing is ugly!  [thumbsdown] No bikes in this segment are sexy, but C'MON HONDA!!!

Sad, because the 800 V4 is a great motor.

this theoretical adventure-tourer would use the same 1,237 cc V4 power plant and dual clutch transmission packaged with crash bars, hand guards, a taller windscreen and aluminum panniers.

This will be an unpopular comment but I don't think it's any uglier than the new Multi. All the bikes in this "class" aren't exactly pretty. It's no worse than a GS, V-Strom, etc.
I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.
