That's worth a vid...  I'll get one. I have them on the company's Facebook page but it doesn't look like I put them on YouTube or still have them in my phone. I'll get footage. Job should run soon. So ML - you going to get into the additive making milieu?

I don't think so at least for now. I don't do much prototype work and I don't need the tax write off just yet Very wise. Company I work for would love to sell you one - but as best as I can tell there's no money in the output.... and the output is S L O W. Naturally I deny that  |

As in, the shank broke. Not the insert. They were using 2.5" square shank tools. And breaking them after repeated 3/4 radial cuts in titanium on a big lathe.
Big as in 400hp.
I'll say it again.

Did you order yours? When I was putting my time in as a wire monkey we converted a mill from generator power to the grid. They had two machines with 500 hp motors...I forget what they did...but logs became something a lot smaller in not much time. |
