Bolt location -Stator cover

Ok, so I had my bolts all laid out in the order they came out of the stator cover to avoid the issue I'm having.  Some are longer than others for this cover.  Most of them are the same size, there is 1 longer one and a couple shorter ones.  Any idea their locations?

 The longer ones should go through the locator dowel/ roll pins. Shorter ones are pretty easy to figure out. If they tighten up before bottoming out, they're in the wrong hole.
