You guys that have bar end mirrors, what did you do with the threaded studs that the original mickey mouse mirrors attached to?

My dealer gave me the OEM clips without the mirror "female" part.

I just flipped mine over. Took 30 seconds and looks great.

I left mine alone.  Didn't think about flipping them.

my S4R must be different than all of yours. My mirrors are mounted on a male thread that is attached to the brake and clutch levers. Maybe I can cap them somehow?

Here are some pictures of the flipped connections with the mirror posts facing down.

Mine does not look like that I can't flip mine over.

What year Monster do you have.  Mine is a 2006.  What prevents the flippage.  Is it the way the clip is made?

My monster is an 05 S4R, The mirrors are mounted on the clutch and brake levers, there are male threaded studs on top that the mirrors are mounted to .. so flipping them upside down would be a little difficult.

I not 100% sure, but the stock mirror mounts on your bike are the same as on all Monsters.  There shouldn't be anything to prevent doing the flip, but if you can't do it then just use the plugs.

I just put bar ends on last night and I have the same problem.  The lever perch is cast as part of the top clamp, so there's no way to flip that I can see.  Oh well.
