i found that hand pump vacuum to be a terrible waste of time. thankfully they're not too pricey. i'm not saying this to be a dick. it's just that i bought one 6 months ago. it results in a mess, it doesn't hold the vacuum all that well, and it adds pumping with your hand to an operation that could already benefit from having 3 hands without the pump.
i got good at the old school method, and in worst case scenarios, raising your nipple so it's the highest point. anyway, i hope you have better luck than i did. bleeding sucks, but that pump doesn't, but it does, but it doesn't..... i'm hilarious

Yea that's weird, I guess YMMV but I got the $23 Harbor Freight version and it was worth every penny...bled my clutch in 5 mins with it.

A used 695 Black Swingarm to replace the silver swingarm on my 620 Dark! Cheaper than powdercoating thanks to the forum for that idea!
