What's up with all the nails on the road? I picked up a nail last week on my rear PR3 and just put on a set of Pilot Road 4s. Gossamer, you know how we have so many twisties in FL right?  Anyway, because FL roads are so flat and boring I was interested in the rear PR4 tire being redesigned with a "40% med\20% hard/40% med" compound on the rear.

Had no issues with the PR3s getting 14k miles, we'll see how the Pilot Road 4 does.

How expensive was the PR4??  I had a warranty on my PR3 and NO tire wear so I'll get it replaced for free.  But I'm looking to upgrade on the next go around...hopefully 14k miles later!

A Chinese made quick release gas cap...If it's the same quality as the levers and oil cap I'll be pleased. $35 for the same part SSR sells for $75.

I have bought in the last month: belts,oil & filter,rear brake master cylinder & brake pads,beer tray(I must be the only person to ever put one back on after a tail chop),LED indicators,short clutch/brake levers,bar end mirrors,heated grips,new projector headlight,digital dash and a head light fairing from the new monster. Oh there are also a few home made mods too.BLOODY O.C.D. .how do I post pics?
