What kind of sportscar was this?

Caught up with a sportscar this afternoon that was making all kinds of noise going up Scottsdale road.  I don't recall ever seeing one like it before.  A Light blue, roadster with "Esqualero" on the back..possibly?  Not sure since a search didn't bring up an image.
Anyone know?

Woohoohoohoo! Two personal records! For breath holding and number of sharks shot in the face.

No.  Nothing like that or a Ferrari/Lambo-look.

It wasn't a Maybach Exelero either.  Unless, they have a convertible that looks nothing like this.

Thanks Kop!   [laugh]

After looking at all of those though..IIRC, it looked something along the lines of an old Vette but it was a newer car.
Two wide exhausts on either end.  The "Esquero" or Esquelero" written in cursive on the back left.

I've been seeing an amusing trend, at least around NYC, of people putting all sorts of weird badging on their cars. Stuff like a late 90's Hyundai with a big wing, poorly done HIDs and badging that claims it is a Pzaquale Entertranza Turbo V10 along with a weird emblem.
Between that and people putting Autobot or Decepticon emblems on their cars, I'm mildly amused.

Oh a Deception!? I'm scared what does your POS turn into, a crappy robot that leaks oil and has an obvious bad bondo job as a hip replacement?

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

There is a company out there that makes a "replica" of a 57' corvette and its based on the newer chasis's. Cant think of the name of them, but have seen a few. Ill try to find a like of some sort.
