if they offer any matte color options like the frost white, or dark those stickers should be removable since there is no clear to cover them....

I was at my dealer today and they just built up their first 1100 EVO.  First, they almost talked me into trading in the 696 (and I may still do it).  Second the sticker isn't that noticeable (at least on the black one they had in the showroom).  And third I can't wait to see the options for pipes because that is the only thing I didn't like about the bike.  So far I have seen pics of the Termis options, I wonder what else is on the way.

I like the ram horn style of the header pipe. I would love to see what the termi looks like. The termis on the diavel have started to really grow on me, and I suspect they'll look like that. The tail section does look pretty naked with the underwear exhaust now gone.

Lets just hope that when the ecu is plugged in for the Termis, that the EVO doesn't lose the option of the TERN SIGNALS like the Diavel! Glad the tested that one before production!

Isn't that the point of owning a company? To sell you shit?

Ducati and the others do that well.

Much better!  I could tolerate the headers if the ends looked like that.

I hope they come out with shorty Termis.

I don't get it.  why would they make the headers that way?  good luck taking the belt covers off without removing the exhaust.

Length and flow. ITs hard to have the rear header the same length as the front one without spending some time going forward on the bike.... if they both end together (mufflers) that is

If those termis were shorter they'd look magnificent.

I think the Diavel carbon Termis (the shorties) are cooler than the M1000 EVO Termis. Maybe someone can figure out how to make that work. The cost would probably be ridiculous, though, given that you'd need to buy two sets of Termis (so you would have the correct ECU).

Spend a bit of time on her today...all I can say is SMOOOOOOOTH...the different torque curve has all but rid itself of the twitchy throttle we have come to love. The ABS is nice, but I wouldn't buy the bike specifically for it. I was just starting to play with the traction control when the rains moved in again, so I didn't get the chance to play with the settings-Maybe over the weekend.

We've always been more of a superbike shop, but we took a deposit on my red one over the phone site unseen and I have 3 more in route that I'm getting similar interests in....there must be some damn good write ups on these EVOs!  [drink]
